We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will be closed from April 29th (Thursday) to May 5th (Wednesday) .
Please check the following regarding order handling and delivery during the closure period.
If you place your order by 9am on April 28th (Wednesday) before the holiday period, your order will be shipped from our warehouse by April 28th (Wednesday).
Orders placed after 9am on April 28th (Wednesday) will be shipped in sequence after the holidays.
*Please note that orders made with advance payment will be shipped after payment is confirmed, so we may not be able to fulfill your request.
・If a payment error occurs, we may not be able to fulfill your request.
-Delivery may be delayed depending on traffic conditions and shipping company delivery status.
■ Regarding delivery
Due to the expected concentration of logistics and traffic congestion, we may not be able to meet your requested delivery date or time, or the product may be delivered earlier or later.
If you are in a hurry, please place your order with plenty of time to spare.
During the closing period [April 29th (Thursday) - May 5th (Wednesday)],
We do not accept inquiries by phone.
Email inquiries received during the closure period will be reviewed in order from the end of the closure date [5/6 (Thursday)].
*Telephone calls will resume from 10:00 on Monday, May 10th.
Once telephone service is resumed, the lines will be very busy, so we expect it to be difficult to connect throughout the day.
